Shelly Greco

Founding Attorney

Shelly Greco is a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney who has developed a practice focused on co-counseling cases with other attorneys. If you have a trucking, traumatic brain injury, or other personal injury case, Shelly’s practice is built to do just this.

Shelly has been a trial attorney for 27 years working her first 6 years as an insurance defense attorney and the past 21 years as a Plaintiff’s attorney. She opened her own firm Greco Legal Services, PLLC in 2024 after more than 19 years of dedication to growing another firm into a large personal injury firm with offices in multiple states. Her practice then and now has mostly been focused on trucking and catastrophic car wreck cases; however, she has also handled and tried non-subscriber cases, a mass tort case, a commercial real estate dispute case, and medical malpractice cases.

Shelly graduated with honors from Texas Tech Law School where she was member of the Board of Barristers and competed in both mock trial and moot court competitions.

Shelly is board certified in Personal Injury law. She is active in local trial organizations serving on both the Board of Directors of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Executive Committee of the Dallas Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Additionally, Shelly is a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College and a member of the Association of Truck Accident Attorneys and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. She has spoken at numerous continuing education seminars related to car and trucking litigation, Stowers demands, trial techniques and discovery issues.

Shelly is married and the proud mother of two college-aged sons. Shelly and her family enjoy travelling with recent trips this year to Italy, France, England and Ireland. Shelly also likes playing pickleball and delicious meals built around enjoying the company of family and/or friends.
